Scenarios: At the beginning of the project, it makes sense to create scenarios (or "jobs" in the JTBD framework) for how the product will be used and then implement them in the form of mockups and comments.
Minimizing actions: The fewer actions and cognitive efforts a user has to make to achieve the goal of a scenario, the better.
Grouping mockups and comments: Mockups represent the main scenarios, while comments help clarify what is happening in each mockup. Group them according to the scenarios.
Thorough mockup design: To accumulate "design wealth," it's important to keep useful material examples, monitor the structure, and leave meaningful comments.
Frame with questions for the client: It makes sense to directly create a frame in Figma with questions that need to be asked to the client. This way, all project participants have a shared point for recording project information. Ask a question, and immediately record useful information in the shared frame.
Using design principles in the design process.
Domain immersion: Study competitors and rely on common sense.
Good communication with the client: It's important to gather data and make conclusions based on it. Asking the client the right questions is key.
Self-observation and empathy.
